Meet A41's Newest Counselor: Ashley Steffee, MSW

We are excited to introduce Ashley Steffee, the newest member of the All for One Ministries counseling team!

With more than a decade of experience serving children and families, Ashley brings a wealth of experience, a heart for helping others, and a genuine passion for listening and walking alongside people through difficult seasons of life.

A Heart for Helping Others

Ashley graduated from Indiana University East in 2012 with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from IUPUI in 2019.

Over the past 14 years, she has worked in the social work field, including 11 years in a school setting. She currently serves as a school counselor at St. Mary's, where she continues her work supporting students and families through a variety of challenges and seasons of life.

Ashley is also working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential as she continues to grow in her counseling career.

Throughout her work, Ashley has discovered that one of her greatest passions is simply being a listening ear and helping others navigate circumstances that can feel overwhelming or difficult to face alone.

She is excited to continue that passion through All for One Ministries, coming alongside individuals and families with compassion, care, and a desire to see how God will use this new opportunity.

Beyond the Counseling Room

Outside of work, Ashley loves camping and making memories with her husband, Josh, their five-year-old twin boys, and their dogs. Ashley and Josh have been married for eight years, and time spent together as a family is one of her favorite things.

A Scripture Close to Her Heart

One of Ashley’s favorite Bible verses is 1 Peter 5:7:"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

This verse reflects a beautiful reminder that we do not have to carry the weight of life's difficulties alone. God invites us to bring our anxieties, burdens, and cares to Him because He genuinely cares for us.

We are grateful for the experience, compassion, and heart Ashley brings to All for One Ministries, and we look forward to seeing how God will use her to care for others through this ministry.
