All for One Ministries exists to glorify God by unifying and equipping His people. Our counseling ministry seeks to provide care that is both deeply rooted in Scripture and thoughtfully informed by an understanding of human behavior and evidence-based clinical insight, supporting individuals in experiencing meaningful and lasting transformation.
Position Overview
All for One Ministries is seeking Christ-centered, relationally skilled counselors to provide biblically grounded, clinically informed care to individuals, couples, and families on a contract basis. Contract counselors serve as independent contractors (1099) and are not employees of All for One Ministries. As such, counselors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and professional liability coverage where applicable.
This role is designed for counselors who are passionate about integrating Scripture as the foundation for transformation while thoughtfully utilizing psychologically informed tools to support emotional and relational health.
Counseling at All for One Ministries is non-clinical. Counselors do not diagnose mental health disorders or provide licensed therapy, but instead focus on addressing root issues, belief systems, and patterns through a biblical framework. We take a holistic approach, using an integrative approach that blends modern Christian psychology theories and practices with biblical counseling principles and Scripture. We seek to be solution-focused, aiming for short-term counseling engagements. While there can be exceptions, the typical counseling relationship lasts 8-16 sessions, with personalized follow-up aftercare plans ranging from 1-3 sessions.
Employment Status
