Generation Hope Mentors
The Mentor Team builds meaningful relationships with local students, offering encouragement, accountability, and guidance as they grow in character and confidence through Generation Hope.

Possible Tasks: Meeting weekly with a group of mentees, helping set personal goals, providing emotional support, communicating progress with staff
Resource Navigators
Resource Connection Assistants help individuals and families identify and connect with supportive services that lead to stability and hope.

Possible Tasks: Providing referrals to partner agencies, updating resource information, following up with individuals on needs, confidential care support
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team ensures our building is always well maintained and in its most excellent condition so that what God has gifted us with will last for years. ​

Possible Tasks: All things maintenance (air filters, light bulbs, general repairs, etc.); Touch-up Paint
Connect Class Facilitators
The Connect Class Facilitators help create a welcoming environment where adults can learn practical skills and grow in community. Volunteers plan content and teach courses to ensure participants are equipped with valuable life skills.

Possible Tasks: Teach a Connect Class based on a pre-determined topic and facilitate discussion among participants
Creatives
The Creative Team uses visual storytelling and creative gifts to help share the mission and celebrate the impact of All for One Ministries.

Possible Tasks: Photography, videography, graphic design, social media content, storytelling, media and tech support at events
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team covers the ministry, its people, its mission, and its stakeholders in prayer. They serve as spiritual intercessors who help ensure that every part of A41’s work is lifted before the Lord.

​Possible Tasks: Weekly prayer focus, on-site prayer during events, confidential prayer support for individuals, participating in prayer gatherings
Church Ambassadors
Church Ambassadors build and maintain strong partnerships with local churches to support ministry collaboration and community impact.

Possible Tasks: Serving as a liaison to a church, sharing ministry opportunities, encouraging prayer support, coordinating joint outreach efforts
