My First Session
We want you to feel at ease heading into your first counseling session with All for One Ministries. On this page, you’ll find everything you need—like directions, what to expect, and other helpful details. Be sure to scroll all the way down for important info about suggested donations.
All counseling sessions take place in a private, comfortable room at The Branch Gathering Place + Coffee House, right downtown on the square. And yes, coffee is an added perk!

Suggested Donations
The suggested donation for counseling sessions is $75 per session, with a $90 suggested donation for the first session to help cover the additional intake workload. These donations are not required, but they make it possible for us to continue offering biblically rooted, trauma-informed care to individuals and families in our community.
Our default system for processing suggested donations is through Aplos, a secure platform that allows us to send donation requests by email. You’ll receive these requests at the email address provided on your intake form unless you let us know otherwise. Donations can be made easily using a credit or debit card.
If you prefer to donate by cash or check, please contact us directly to arrange this option.
For any billing questions related to counseling, please contact our team.
We understand that financial situations vary, and we don’t want unremitted suggested donations to become a burden. To help manage this, we may pause scheduling new sessions if invoices remain unremitted for over 30 days.
Financial Assistance
We recognize that financial situations vary, and we never want cost to be a barrier to receiving care. If you’re in need of financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to work with you to find a donation level that’s manageable for your situation.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact your counselor directly as soon as possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we ask for a suggested donation of $50 to cover the missed session—unless it was due to an emergency.
