Suggested Donations
The suggested donation for counseling is $65 per session and $80 for the first session to account for the additional time involved in the intake process. These are suggested donations, not required fees. Your ability to give does not determine whether you can receive care. Donations simply help us continue providing biblically rooted, trauma-informed counseling to individuals and families in our community.
After each session, you will receive a donation request by email through Aplos, our secure donation processing platform. Requests will be sent to the email address listed on your intake form unless you ask us to use a different address. Donations can be made by credit or debit card through the link provided.
If you prefer to give by cash or check, please contact our team to make arrangements.
We understand that every financial situation is different, and we never want the suggested donation to prevent someone from receiving care. At the same time, regular donations help make this ministry sustainable. If donation requests remain unremitted for more than 30 days, we may pause scheduling additional sessions until you have connected with our team about your account. If finances are a concern, please reach out to us. We are happy to have a conversation about your circumstances.
For any questions about counseling donations or your account, please contact our team.
Financial Assistance
We recognize that financial situations vary, and we never want cost to be a barrier to receiving care. If you’re in need of financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to work with you to find a donation level that’s manageable for your situation.
To request financial assistance, please contact our Director of Care + Counseling, Chay Sefton, at chay@a41ministry.org.
