Alex Sefton serves as the Founder and Executive Director of All For One Ministries. He is a lifelong resident of Decatur County. Before coming on staff with A41 in 2024, Alex's professional experience included philanthropy, vocational church ministry, and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. In the community, Alex has served on boards and committees for the Decatur County Community Foundation, Decatur County United Fund, Clarity of Central Indiana, the Kids' Closet of Decatur County, Greensburg Community Bread of Life, the Greensburg Optimist Club, and the Greensburg Rotary Club.

Chay Sefton serves as our Ministry Coordinator. Prior to joining our team, she was a traveling musician and served on staff at a church in Indianapolis. She and Alex met in 2021 when she played live music at The Branch, and the rest is history! Chay holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Music and Crisis Counseling) from Liberty University, and she is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a focus in Parenting & Child/Adolescent Development, also through Liberty University.

Alex and Chay are the proud parents of their son, Grayson, and members of The Rock Bible Church. They seriously love Jesus, their family, and coffee!
