CHay Sefton, MA
Director of Care + Counseling
Chay Sefton serves as the Director of Care + Counseling at All for One Ministries, where she provides biblically rooted, trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, families, and children. What began as an internship during her final semester of graduate school quickly became a calling, as God expanded her heart for the work and opened the door for deeper ministry. Chay holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Music and Crisis Counseling) and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a focus in Parenting & Child/Adolescent Development, both from Liberty University. Her counseling approach blends a love for Scripture with research-based methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and person-centered techniques, all with the desire to see people experience lasting healing through the redemptive power of Jesus.

A former traveling musician and church staff member in Indianapolis, Chay joined the A41 team in 2022, later becoming the ministry’s first Ministry Coordinator before transitioning into her current role. She is a member of The Rock Bible Church, a wife, a mom to two young children, and a devoted coffee lover!
