Ashley Steffee, MSW, LSW

Ashley Steffee serves as a Contract Counselor with All for One Ministries, bringing 14 years of experience in social work and a deep commitment to helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed School Social Worker and is currently working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Ashley holds both a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Indiana University. Her professional experience includes serving with the Indiana Department of Child Services and more than a decade in school social work, where she has supported students and families through concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, emotional regulation, and spiritual struggles.

Ashley currently serves as the School Social Worker at St. Mary’s School in Greensburg, where she provides crisis response, short-term counseling, student support groups, and coordination of school-based services. Her approach to counseling is informed by her extensive social work experience, ongoing training in trauma-informed and clinically informed approaches, and regular professional supervision. Her faith is also central to the way she cares for others. Ashley seeks to incorporate Scripture and prayer into counseling, using biblical truth to remind those she serves of their identity and God’s love for them while prayerfully depending on the Holy Spirit for wisdom and compassion.

Ashley has been involved in church life since childhood, including serving in youth ministry, Vacation Bible School, worship ministry, and children’s ministry. She and her husband are raising their family in the Greensburg area, and her desire is to use both her professional training and her faith to help individuals and families experience meaningful growth, healing, and hope.
